ROFLMAO, can't accuse Congress of being stingy!
Those planes are probably put together with components manufactured in all 50 states and congressmen need to at least make a show of saving jobs in their districts. .. unless of course the only contituents that matter are in the financial centers and only their jobs matter, lol
