Of course they were on meth. Everybody in El Cajon is on meth, with the exception of a few toddlers and infants. But the meth just made them do what they wanted to do anyhow, meth doesn't put urges in your brain that weren't already there, that's all you.
Oh, honey, I certainly didn't want to excuse the heinous behavior because I suspect the killer was on meth. I just wondered if the extreme violence of the attack was an indication of meth use. The whole thing makes me sick.
